CONCIERGE DRIVE EXPERIENCE

How long will my Drive Experience last?
Approximately 1-hour from the time our Nissan LEAF® Host arrives till the time they depart. Thirty (30) minutes have been designated for the test-drive portion of your Experience.
What if I need to change or update my reservation?
We will try our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee an alternate time or date will be available. Please contact our Nissan LEAF® Drive Experience Headquarters by emailing us at support@allnewleaf.com. We are available Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM CST.
Are there any costs associated with participating in the LEAF® Drive Experience?
No – we’ve got you covered!
Who will be delivering the Nissan LEAF® to me and what is their responsibility?
One of our very knowledgeable Nissan LEAF® Hosts will deliver the vehicle to the location you specified upon registration. The location must be within the qualifying drive area. Our Hosts are not Nissan Dealership employees; they have been trained specifically on Nissan LEAF® and are ready to provide you with a great Drive Experience!
What information will I need to provide prior to driving the 2019 Nissan LEAF®?
Valid Driver’s License and Insurance card. You will also be required to sign a Nissan Safe Driver Form.
Can family, friends or colleagues ride with me?
You may bring up to three (3) additional people with you on your drive. All riders must be at least 13 years of age. Riders between the ages of 13 and 15 are required to sit in the back seat of the vehicle. Everyone in the vehicle must sign a waiver and minors must have their legal guardian submit a waiver on their behalf.
What if I was put on the waitlist?
You will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the available time/date of the next available reservation. Due to high demand and limited availability, we cannot guarantee a reservation time will become available.
What if I want to be removed from the waitlist?
Please contact our Nissan LEAF® Drive Experience Headquarters by emailing us at support@allnewleaf.com and include the first and last name you registered with in your email.
What if I know someone who would like to participate in the Nissan LEAF® Drive Experience?
Great! Please have them log on to AllNewLEAF.com and sign-up for a time that works for them!
Is there a specific route I will be required to follow on my drive?
No, although to give you the greatest experience possible, freeway driving will be encouraged to demonstrate the great new features of the Nissan LEAF®., including ProPILOT Assist! Available feature. ProPILOT Assist cannot prevent collisions. Always monitor traffic conditions and keep both hands on the steering wheel. See Owner’s Manual for safety information.
Will I receive a reminder about my Drive Experience?
Yes. 72-24 hours prior to your drive, you’ll receive another text message reminding you of your drive. Additionally, your Nissan LEAF® Host will call you 30-minutes prior to your scheduled time to confirm your pick-up location and answer any last-minute questions you have.
Is there a minimum age required to drive?
You must be at least 21 years of age to drive.
Can my drive be longer then 30 minutes?
Possibly. We have test-drives scheduled 2-hours apart. If we have a cancellation or un-filled drive slot following your experience, it may be possible.
Can I drive a Nissan vehicle other than a LEAF®?
No. The only vehicle available for this program is the Nissan LEAF®.
What if I get a ticket while I’m driving?
Moving violations are the driver’s responsibility and you will be responsible for the payment of any violation you receive. Your Nissan LEAF® Host will provide vehicle registration and insurance information.
